    Maintenance & Service Plans

What Maintenance Plans Do You Offer?

We offer two plans: the Service Club Plan and the Club Plus Plan. Both cover routine tune-ups for your furnace and air conditioner. Regular maintenance helps catch small issues before they turn into costly repairs, and it keeps your equipment running the way it should through every season.

How Often Should I Have My HVAC System Serviced?

Most heating and cooling systems benefit from a tune-up once a year for each unit. That typically means a furnace check in the fall and an air conditioner check in the spring. Staying on a regular schedule is the best way to extend the life of your equipment and avoid breakdowns at the worst possible times.

    Repairs & Service Calls

What Should I Expect When a Technician Comes to My Home?

Our technicians will arrive on time, explain what they’re seeing before starting any work, and leave your home clean when the job is done. We protect your space throughout the visit and don’t leave behind debris or hazards. Communication is part of the job, not an afterthought.

    Do Your Trucks Carry Parts?

Yes. Our trucks are stocked with universal parts, common igniters, flame sensors, gas valves, and blower components. Carrying those parts means fewer return trips and faster repairs. We can’t guarantee every part for every system will be on hand, but we stock what we use most so we can get your system running the same day whenever possible.

What If I’m Not Satisfied with the Work?

We back our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, we fix it. No excuses. You can reach us at (989) 710-9390 and we’ll make it right.

    Equipment & Indoor Air Quality

Do You Work on Water Heaters?

Yes. Our services include water heaters in addition to heating, cooling, and indoor air quality. If you’re having trouble with your water heater or thinking about a replacement, we can help you evaluate your options.

What Indoor Air Quality Services Do You Offer?

We offer indoor air quality services as part of our full range of home comfort solutions. The right indoor air quality equipment depends on your home and your situation. Call us or request a free estimate and we can walk you through what makes sense for your space.

How Do I Know When It’s Time to Replace My System Instead of Repairing It?

That’s one of the most common questions we get, and the honest answer is that it depends on the age of the system, the cost of the repair, and how the equipment has been maintained. As a general rule, if a system is more than 15 years old and facing a significant repair, replacement often makes more financial sense over the long run. We’ll give you a straight answer based on what we find, not on what’s most profitable for us.

    Still Have Questions?
