Position Requirements

In home sales experience preferred but not necessary. (We will gladly train the right person)

• Valid Drivers License, Clear background check, Drug free
• Follow our tobacco policy
• Detail oriented person that is very organized
• Experience in helping people, problem solving, and creating a pleasant customer experience.
• Good with Technology, typing and working with software
• Honest, dependable and organized

The right fit for this position would love getting to know new people and helping customers find comfort solutions for their home. Having a high level of variety throughout the day. This position has you working independently and with limited office time and paperwork. Most of the leads are warm, pre-qualified customers, who already have a relationship with our company and are looking to engage in a purchase with a heating and cooling contractor.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
