He was here to check the central air and furnace per our maintenance agreement. He had everything working properly. He mentioned how old my system was and how long they usually last. I realized I was on borrowed time with my current system. Instead of sinking money into a very old and possible failing system, I decided it was time to set up an estimate for a new furnace and central air. So before he left, we had another appointment set up for an estimate. I think this is an honest and straightforward company, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Thanks goodness for All Seasons! I should’ve gone with them in the first place. My tech, Alex, was awesome! I submitted a request after hours for an appointment and they called first thing the next morning and had a tech out in just a few hours. Renee, Maddy, and Melody, who called me for my information and to schedule the appointment, were very friendly and helpful. Even as an adult, these situations can be stressful so I really appreciated the staff’s candor and friendliness. Alex was very clear about what he was doing, the issues he’d found, and the pricing of my options. Times are tough all around and I don’t appreciate being upsold on things and Alex did absolutely none of that when going over things. Totally worth it! I’m going to sleep much better tonight!

A couple weeks ago our central air unit was having a hard time cooling the house. We called All Seasons, and they were able to get someone out that day. Craig (cool guy) came out and looked at the system. It was low on Freon and was frozen. He wasn't able to work on it until it thawed. Later that day the office called and scheduled a tech to come out the next day. Anthony (another cool guy) came out the next day and was able to assess the system and repair it. I'm not sure if they are always able to be that fast, but the quality of service is worth what little wait you may have. We liked the company and the techs so much we signed up for their yearly maintenance program on the furnace, AC, and water heater. Their prices are fair, work is excellent, and I would recommend this company to anyone. 5/20/26 update Yesterday we had a new AC unit and water heater installed. Noah and his crew were very polite, knowledgeable, and about as non-intrusive as you can get. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. All Seasons is top notch with top notch staff.

4/8 Patrick came to inspect and clean our furnace. He was professional, polite, and very thorough. He completed all of his tasks and explained everything he saw and recommended. Abby was very friendly, professional, and thorough. She helped us negotiate a wonderful price for a total overhaul of our furnace, AC, and a new tankless water heater that was on special. 4/13 Nathan, Jim, and the two other technicians were timely, professional, polite, and very thorough. They accomplished all of their work and walked me through the entire process, answering all questions that I had. 4/16 Jim and his team were very professional and detailed on the tankless water heater. They cleaned up after they were done and ensured everything was in working order. All Seasons also cherishes those that served in the military with a wonderful no-expense maintenance package for all that have served this country. So far, so good… After the storm last week, my fan wasn’t kicking on, so I called All Seasons to get a tech out to look at it. He quickly identified the issue and offered me a solution. We discussed their service plan as it reduced the cost of the repair by more than the cost of the plan. It was not a hard sales pitch, which I appreciated. We had to order the parts, but I expect their installation to go as smoothly as this service call. And Pat was great. Part 2 Trent and a helper came and had me up and running in no time. 7/19/2024 Our air conditioner was working when we left on Wednesday. When we came home 6 hours later, it wasn't working. We called and Ethan came over within 2 hours. It was determined we needed to replace our 24-year-old system. The next day, Jim Cottrell came to the house and gave us options for a new system. The next day, Jim M did a great job installing our new air conditioning system. He removed the old equipment and put in the new. He relit our water heater and cleaned everything up after himself. All 3 men were very nice and professional. We highly recommend All Seasons. 4/4/2025 Kade did a great job today rehooking our air conditioner. It was disconnected when we had our new furnace put in last January. He was prompt and tidy. 5/8/25 Jim came to our home to check on the furnace that was installed in January due to water on the floor. He will return on Monday to look further into a problem most likely in the replacement stack on the roof. 1/29/26 Josh was here. So far, no more issues! He's very professional and explained everything well. We appreciated having him as our technician. Josh was back again due to a faulty piece of equipment. He replaced it once again. Josh is always nice and professional. We hope this part works. Now waiting to find out if the blower can be lowered due to the noise. 2/19/26 Still not fixed. Anthony came out today and is staying on top of it. 2/20/2026. Anthony called this morning. Within an hour, Ari was here with an assistant and installed a new furnace. They were done within 2 hours! Thank you All Seasons for standing behind your products. Marc came out today. We are quite sure he found the issue with his wireless camera. He was able to diagnose and make the repair for airflow in the ductwork. He was very thorough and our cats loved him! He explained everything he was doing in detail. Thank you for hiring such great employees! 2/27/26 Furnace was still having an issue. Marc came back out, explained a new fix, and it's working! Thank you!!!

Ari, Dylan, and Noah installed my new equipment and they worked hard to make sure everything was in properly, including Noah and Dylan staying late to troubleshoot some things. A fantastic experience with All Seasons Heating/Cooling. Alex was our technician, and I was quite impressed with his diagnostic skills and his ability to explain our issues to a layman. We’ve been using a different HVAC business here in town, and we’ll be switching over to All Seasons. Update (2020): We had All Seasons install a hot water heater recently, and again the work was first-rate. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours, and the guys did an outstanding job with install and clean-up. Update (2023): Another excellent experience with Ethan of All Seasons H&C. Updated (2024): We had our A/C routine service done today by Tom, and it was the usual outstanding quality service we’ve come to expect from All-Seasons H&C. Cell call to alert of arrival time, constant communication during service work, and our A/C bill is consistently lower than it’s been in years. Great company. Updated (Fall 2024): I can’t say enough about how great this company and its employees are. They contact you before the technician arrives, and their folks are competent, polite, and the service is fairly priced. Could not be happier! Updated (Spring 2026): I was out of town, and we had a water alarm go off. The HVAC technician Josh from All-Seasons went over that day, as we were concerned, and diagnosed and fixed the problem (small volume of water from a pressure relief valve tripped the alarm), and he had some suggestions on how to manage the issue going forward. Once again, I can’t recommend All-Seasons enough for professionalism, competency, and value!

Alex was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Out for a routine maintenance included in the warranty after All Seasons installation, Alex noticed the absence of a surge protector for my furnace. A loss of power could ruin my main board, costing around $1,500.00. Who needs that in the middle of a winter storm?! For a minimal charge, and the ability to pay over a few months, Alex installed a protector on the spot. I will certainly be using All Seasons for my future needs, and recommend them highly!

When he was cleaning my AC unit in the miserable heat, a bird started dive-bombing him. Like relentless attacking. Alex insisted on finishing the job and trapped the bird 3x (it was like Houdini) in the process. He stayed calm and focused on the safety of others (and the bird’s safety, too). We've been with them for a year now and just had our yearly inspection and cleaning on our furnace. Patrick Marek was a wonderful tech! Very professional, friendly, and courteous. He explained everything. He found one tiny issue which could have turned into a big issue; I gave the OK to fix it. He addressed something else that could have led to a repeat issue from last year and he fixed that too. He cleaned up any mess before he left. He even shoveled the end of our driveway! On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving our furnace decided to stop working. We called All Seasons in hope of getting it looked at on short notice before the really cold weather arrived on Wednesday. Within 2 1/2 hours they had someone here. The problem was quickly diagnosed by Trent, whom I might add was very friendly and professional. Trent was the initial technician who came out to diagnose our issue. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
