All Seasons Heating and Cooling has been serving Midland families for more than 40 years. Jeff Kohtz began the business in 1979 by providing heating and cooling repairs and installations throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region, working directly with homeowners who needed honest help keeping their homes comfortable.
What started in Jeff and Gerri Kohtz’s home grew into a family owned and operated company that still carries their values forward today. Their sons, brothers Paul and Mark Kohtz, now run the company, and we still measure every decision against a simple standard: protect our customers’ health and safety, show up when we say we will, leave the job site clean, and communicate clearly from the first call to the final walk-through.
