Warriors of yesterday, today and of tomorrow – We salute you. We appreciate you. We want to honor you by extending a LIFETIME Service Club Partner Plan membership with your monthly fee waived if you are a veteran of our Country or are currently Active Duty.

Must be owner of home

Primary Residence only

Must show proof of military ID

Upon your passing, your membership will transfer to your widow and will then expire at the end of their lifetime

This will extend to any current members we have, so if you are a veteran or active duty, please call to have your fee waived

Must be within our service area

We do NOT service Boilers or Commercial units

Must be Central AIR (Currently Mini Splits aren’t covered)

We are doing this in honor of our founder, and patriarch of our family Jeff Kohtz who is a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps.  We are proud of his service to this country as he served in Vietnam.

About

All Seasons Heating & Cooling began serving families in the Great Lakes Bay Region in 1979. We are family
owned and currently operated by brothers Paul and Mark Kohtz. Jeff and Gerri Kohtz began the business out of
their home initially in 1979, eventually expanding and building where it is today on E. Airport Rd. Our services
include heating, cooling, water heaters and indoor air quality.

Service Club Partner Plan

A Service Club Partner Plan guarantees appointments, front of the line priority service, and discounts on repairs. Regular service of your equipment can save you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs, as well as extend the life of your equipment. This plan literally pays for itself year after year. You have become a preferred client. You can expect our trained technicians to become familiar with you and your heating and air conditioning equipment.

As a Club Member, you are guaranteed appointments in 24 hours, a tune up on each unit, a 20% discount on repairs and a $41.00 diagnostic fee. That's 50% off the current price for a diagnostic fee, and it applies even on weekends and holidays!

For an additional small investment, your tanked water heater can be added to your plan. Tune up must be performed at the same time as your furnace tune up.

Each tune up is a 21-point comprehensive service including a thorough cleaning of the unit.

We will arrive on time, & we will call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

We will wear shoe covers, use work mats and thoroughly clean our workspace to keep your home clean.
